We are seeking full-time Senior Art Directors and Designers with branding experience to play a leading role in our agency’s human-driven creative product.
The ideal candidate probably started out as the class clown and daydreamer (and maybe still displays those attributes – and owns it!). If you are a forward-thinking visual storyteller with a proven track record in creating compelling brands and guiding design projects from concept to completion, you might be great fit for our human-driven approach to branding and marketing. Hopefully, you also accept constructive criticism – and can fire back once in a while.
You will be responsible for visual style and ensuring consistency across all platforms and media. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at managing multiple projects while inspiring others. Demonstrated excellence and results will also forge a path to agency advancement and leadership.
Account needs and projects typically include:
- Brand Strategy / Brand Identity
- Advertising (print and digital)
- Social Media
- Sales Collateral
- Website Design (front end)
- Video (creative development / art direction)
Responsibilities include:
- Concepting
- Art direction
- Developing and adherence to brand guidelines
- Design research
- Photography research
- Photo manipulation
- Workflow planning – ensuring adherence to budget, schedule and creative direction
- Print production/management
- Support agency marketing and presentations
- Working with vendors and agency partners
Qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3 years integrated agency experience required for Designer and 10 years
integrated agency experience desired for Art Director - Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts or related field
- Command of typography and visual design principles
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and design styles with successful
projects - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign)
