Involve Continues to expand its crew of experienced and insightful professionals. The latest additions bring inspired thinking, strategic focus, and proven talent that our clients have come to expect.

In December, Jen Campbell joined the team as creative director. She takes command of the creative product at Involve, developing and leading a creative group focused on crafting solutions that achieve business success. Her boundless passion for delivering powerful ideas comes with a critical eye for details. She has the unique ability to see how a campaign can be implemented and integrated to drive consumer action and deliver results. With creative skills and intelligent leadership, she gets the best work from the people around her, enabling Involve to take advantage of every opportunity and tackle any creative challenge for our clients.

Jen’s experience includes great campaigns and effective solutions for companies and brands including, 5-Hour Energy, Proctor & Gamble, CSCU (Card Services for Credit Unions), NAPA, McDonalds, Dublin Methodist, Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Surgical, Mylan Specialty (EpiPen), Eli Lilly, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and Tap Pharmaceuticals (Prevacid).

Shortly after, in January, Involve brought on Darren Kautz as senior creative strategist. For more than a decade, he has been creating marketing solutions and brand communications that engage, captivate, and influence the right audiences. He gives our clients a powerful voice and brings brands to life by maximizing the effectiveness of messaging across today’s complex media landscape.

Darren has helped a wide range of brands speak clearly and amplify their voice, including, McDonald’s, Mazda, Cooper Tires, Kroger, CSCU (Card Services for Credit Unions), Nationwide Insurance, National City Bank, Kodak, Franklin University, Mylan Specialty (EpiPen), and Zimmer (Universal Power System).
